"At the beginning of the
new millennium, and at the close of the Great Jubilee during which
we celebrated the two thousandth anniversary of the birth of Jesus
and a new stage of the Church's
journey begins, our hearts ring out
with the words of Jesus when one day, after speaking to the crowds
from Simon's boat, he invited the Apostle to "put out into the deep"
for a catch: "Duc in altum" (Lk 5:4).
Peter and his
first companions trusted Christ's words, and cast the nets.
"When they had done this, they caught a great number of fish" (Lk
5:6).

9/12 MISSION IN PARAGUAY
Mother, Sr. Ana Margarita
accompanied by Fr. Jordi Rivero went on mission to Paraguay. The
mission of consisted on Congresses, Eucharistic Nights and days of
formation with the Apostles of the Two Hearts. The
mission was very fruitful... it began, thanks to a canceled flight,
by going to celebrate Mass at the Marian Church of Our Lady who
unties the knots, in Buenos Aires. Thank you, Blessed Mother,
for being the sure path to the Heart of Jesus!
9/8 OUR LADY OF CHARITY AND OUR BLESSED MOTHER´S BIRTHDAY
Our Eucharistic Cenacle was suspended so that we could all
participate in the Mass at the University of Miami´s Bank United
Center. The Mass was in honor of our Lady of Charity,
patroness of Cuba. It was celebrated by the Archbishop of Miami,
John Clement Favalora. Many bishops and priests were present
rejoicing in the love of the Blessed Mother.
9/9 ANNUAL WELCOME
MASS FOR RELIGIOUS
Barry University hosted a yearly Mass and dinner for all the
Religious on the Archdiocese. We had a great opportunity to
share with brothers, priests and sisters of so many different
congregations. Let´s be of one heart!
9/11 THEOLOGY OF THE
BODY
A group of sisters continued attending Dr. Villalba’s class on
John Paul II’s Theology of the Body. He spoke on the beauty of
celibacy and how we are called to be a visible witness to others of
the love union that awaits all God’s children at the wedding banquet
between the Church & the Bridegroom.

NOVITIATE PRESENTATION
In preparation for her entrance into the novitiate, Yeily gave
her presentation at St. Therese Convent on ,“St. Faustina’s
Confidence in God’s Divine Mercy.” Several Sisters joined the House
of Formation for the beautiful presentation.
9/14 FILMING A
PRESENTATION OF OUR RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE
The Archdiocesan Communication´s office made a comprehensive
filming on our life, charism and history. They will be making a
complete documentary on all the aspects of our Institute, including
the various areas of apostolate. This program will air on the
"Cable Tap" channel of the Archdiocese during the month of November.
We will have this presentation in our webpage!!

NEW NOVICE
Sr. Yeily Reyes entered the Novitiate
on the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows. During the ceremony Mother
shared as follows: Yesterday was the feast of the Triumph of the
Heart pierced for love- the Triumph of the Cross, and today is the
feast of the Triumph of the maternal love- the Blessed Mother’s
Fiat- a creature that unites herself to Christ’s sacrifice. This is
the Feast of the Triumph of Love and on this day you begin your
Novitiate. May it be marked with one desire: to allow love to
always triumph in your heart.

MARIAN YOUTH RETREAT
Sr. Ana Pia gave a talk at "Mother of Christ´s Marian Youth Retreat
on "How the Blessed Mother reveaqls Jesus". The retreat was a
great opportunity to share with the young hearts. Bishop Felipe
Estevez was present and the priest in charge of the Pastoral
Ministry for the Youth in Palm Beach County.

EDUCATION ON STEM CELL RESEARCH ASSIGNED TO SCTJM
Fr.
Alfred Cioffi, a priest & bioethicist in our Archdiocese with a
Doctorate in Moral Theology & a Doctorate in Genetics has been
promoting Education on the Church’s stance regarding Stem Cell
research in our Archdiocese. He asked us to help in this mission,
and to prepare us for this task, Fr. Cioffi has been giving us a
series of fascinating lectures on the subject.

ARCHDIOCESE’S MINISTRY CONGRESS
Sr.Maria Jose, Sr. Juana Maria, Sisters who
teach are DRE’s or are involved with CCD, attended the Congress at
the Miami Beach Convention Center. Archbishop Favalora
introduced the Archdiocese’s new document, Fountain of Grace,
encouraging all who work in ministry to base their work on the
Catechism of the Catholic Church. The Respect Life office was
invited to give four workshops and Sr. Maria Jose was responsible
for one of them. Sr. gave a power point presentation: “Project
Rachel: The Path from Despair to Hope.”

9/26 SURPRISE!
SURPRISE!
Fr.
Mark came for a surprise visit to spend a few days with us before
heading off for Rome to continue his studies. Fr. Marc celebrated
Holy Mass with our whole community at Two Hearts Chapel; he also
blessed the new chalices. On Wednesday, we had a wonderful
night! The sisters entertained us with a play. Fr. Marc and the
seminarians put on a fabulous impromptu skit that still has us
laughing. On Thursday, evening we gathered at St. Raymond’s with all
the apostles to celebrate Mass with Fr. Marc. Thank you, Father, for
coming to visit us!
